Great location. It's situated right in front of the station. It was in walking distance to almost everything. Clean and comfortable hotel.
-
The reason we loved it was superb location and staff. Our room was large and we had sunny balcony. Right by the downtown, 10 minutes on foot. Stopped by Tentazioni Cafe to get some coffee and treats, it's minutes from the venue, recommend...

great value for money as opposed to other options, centrally located. beautiful staff and views. florence historic centre district was definitely worth visiting. thoroughly enjoyed that the cocktail bar was working.

The location was as expected, right in front of the station. Although a little far from the center, 20' for any point of interest
I expected something else for that price and for a four-star hotel. . . The room was very small, the last one in an eternal corridor that you had to walk down to the reception or to have breakfast . It had no closet, just a hole with hangers to put things in. Being so small, the top of the front door was right in front of that closet and we had several dangerous bumps on our feet with it. The balcony was shared with two other rooms! Other people could peek into your room. 2 out of 3 nights it was very difficult to sleep, partly because of the poor education of the neighbours in the room that we were lucky enough to have (an oriental who sang at two o'clock in the morning and a family with a child who cried 24 hours a day), but mainly because the walls were made of paper, you could even hear a mobile vibrating in the next room. Breakfast was not in keeping with the category of the hotel either. For almost 140 euros a night you expect something else

Its a nice hotel with great location it was easy walking into and throughout the downtown part of Florence. Rooms we're a bit small but very comfortable and clean. Decoration of The hotel was very modern. The breakfast buffet was valuble. And, since it's just across the railway station, it's very convenient when travelling through Europe by train.
we reserve for superior double room but they give us classic double room

Fantastic hotel with superb location. Although it is immediately opposite the railway station (which makes it so accessible) the area was open, clean, bright and totally safe. Perfect quiet at night time too. The hotel has recently been renovated - very trendy and modern, but still warm and personal. The staff were excellent - always welcoming & helpful. Our rooms were on the 4th floor with balconies. Beautiful views of the Duomo and the city skyline. The rooms were very pleasant and perfectly clean. Breakfasts were generous & great variety. The hotel was a 15 minute walk from the Duomo - a lovely walk in the balmy heat of Florence. I highly recommend this hotel.
We had a fantastic 6 night stay at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. There are glass doors in the reception & dining room. On three occasions members of our party walked straight into them. Thankfully no injuries, but the doors need to be marked with something to make them more obvious.

Location
Breakfast was a bit disappointing. Only thing offered hot was eggs. Bacon would have been nice.

We were more than pleasantly surprised with the quality and comfort of the room. The blanket was the best we'd had in a hotel so far. It was extremely clean and the room/bathroom were spacious. Also, the staff was polite and helpful. As travelers with a lot of gadgets, it was wonderful to have a strong wifi service available. Thanks for a great stay!
Our sink was broken on our first night, but it was repaired the next day.

Location is very cloest to train station. Break fast was good.
Bad smell in the room. Very very very small room. The bed is split not double. Price too much for this room. Chooese other hotel, please.
-
Spatious and comfortable room. Very efficient and well organised staff. We did not loose any time when checking in and checking out.
The reception is rather bare (it has as much atmosphere as an airport counter).
-
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was very nice and quiet. Great relax area on the 1st floor. Breakfast was excellent. Also excellent cleanliness.
-
The hotel is extremely nice and really good for people who need to discover Florence, as it is beside the rail station and surrounded by lots of places couple of walks away, The Stuff are very friendly and they provide a great service. The Cleanness of the room is just perfect.
The breakfast is not so rich, with basic variates. The Internet needs a password each time you disconnect. as the password is very hard to remember.

Nothing, it's a disaster with extremely small rooms and leaking bathrooms at such high price, the only advantage is location being right infringe of train station
Small rooms, broken showers, extremely unfriendly staff except one beautiful girl
